| Description: | Masquerade A Quilters Mardi Gras is the theme of this years Arizona Quilters Guild annual quilt show. The two day show will display more than 300 quilts made by quilters throughout Arizona. It features quilts of all styles and sizes from traditional bed quilts to miniatures to studio or art quilts for the wall. The show is judged by nationally recognized professional quilt judges. Awards are given in twenty-two categories. Special awards will be presented for Theme, Best of Show, Laurene Sinema Founders Award for Exemplary Workmanship, Exemplary Hand Quilting, Exemplary Machine Quilts, Exemplary Professional Quilting, Excellent Use of Color, 2 Judges Choice and Viewers Choice. | |
