| Description: | SHOW RULES ⢠The show times are 10AM TO 5PM SAT. & SUN. Booth must be ready to display by 10am. You are required to participate for the duration of the show. EARLY BREAKDOWN WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. ⢠All vehicles must be removed from the show area by 9:30 am Sat & Sun. All vehicles must be parked as instructed. ⢠NO BREAKDOWN will begin prior to 5pm Sun. and NO VEHICLES will be to pull up to show area prior to 5pm Sun. ⢠NO VEHICLES will be permitted inside show area until customers are clear and barricades are removed by JFAF. ⢠You must provide your own displays, tables, etc. which must be set up in an attractive and professional manner. Tables must be covered to the ground. Only WHITE canopies are permitted. All canopies must be weighted to manufacturer specifications. STAKING OR ANCHORING, IN ANY MANNER INTO PAVEMENT IS PROHIBITED. ⢠You are responsible in keeping your booth neat and clean during the show, and removing and disposing of any trash from your booth during the show and after breakdown. ⢠Your area and the surrounding area must be kept free from hazard to the public at all times and aisles must be kept open. All storage boxes must be kept inside your booth space. ⢠Pets are not permitted. ⢠Please refrain from smoking in the show area. ⢠Artists are required to obtain City & State licensing, collect and remit all sales taxes. ⢠Security will be provided on Friday night and Saturday night (Ventana shows Saturday night security only). JFAF does not encourage leaving merchandise at the event after hours and is NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to artistâs property. ⢠A nametag will be furnished at the show and must be attached to your display in a manner as to be visible to the public. ⢠No discount or sales signs permitted. ⢠PARKING INSTRUCTIONS will be furnished with acceptance packet. OVERNIGHT PARKING is not available at all locations. Refer to your acceptance letter for further details. A list of RV parks will be included in acceptance packet. ⢠CANCELLATION POLICY : NO REFUNDS for any reason after deadline. Booth fees are not transferable to a future show. No Rain Dates. | |
