| Description: | General Pioneer Day Activities ⢠Arts & Crafts Festival ⢠Rodeo ⢠Parade ⢠Youth Dances ⢠10K Fun Run ⢠Golf Tournament ⢠Barbeque ⢠Softball Tournaments ⢠Historic Home Tours ⢠Quilt Show ⢠Plays/Performances ⢠Kids Foot Races ⢠Patriotic Program ⢠Fireworks Vendor Requirements ⢠Vendors are required to obtain licenses and insurance at their own expense. The promoters of this event comply with all state and town laws. ⢠Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, canopies and the delivery and handling of their own displays, and all their other materials. ⢠Vendors need to provide their own power sources unless otherwise noted and confirmed in advance. ⢠Vendors are responsible for their own lodging and all other personal expenses. ⢠All vendors are required to stay until close of show. 5pm on Friday and 4pm on Saturday. ⢠Vendors must leave their space clean and undamaged. ⢠All food vendors must bring two (2) large trash cans and their own plastic liners. ⢠For vendor convenience, security will be provided Friday night. Vendors may choose to leave their tables and tarps assembled overnight. However, all vendors must stay on site until security arrives on Friday afternoon, and must vacate the fair area at that time. After security has closed the area, no one will be allowed back on site until 7am Saturday morning. | |||
