| Encouraged to attend Organizational Meeting prior to each show. If you have changed your craft, and new applicants must have items juried before the show. No commercial items. Set up hours must be adhered to. Everyone is expected to work a required number of hours during the show. Number of hours determined after organizational meeting. A $25.00 fine for vendors who do not show up for their work hours. We operate on a central checkout system. Pricing is in 25 cent increments ony. Use only perforated tags with your identifying stamp placed on both places on the back. We try very hard to have payout for your products sold the Wednesday following the end of the show. Everyone is expedcted to be at the show at 4PM to start packing their products and clean up. Everyone is responsible after breakdown to help clean up and put the hall back to its original state. If you do not help, you may be charged a $10.00 Fine. Physical hardships will be taken into consideration. | ||
