Chile Pepper Festival is a free, local food & music. Festival in the Roosevelt Row Arts District.

Chile Pepper Festival is a local food, music & talent event hosted by Roosevelt Row Community Development Corporation (CDC). By presenting some of the best local restaurateurs and chefs in Phoenix, our goal is to highlight the most delicious chile pepper cuisine our city has to offer. Onsite chile roasting, cooking demos, live music, salsa dancing, activities for kids, a talent show hosted by Lawn Gnome Publishing, a Beer Garden presented by Deschutes Brewery AND a gourmet margarita station by 3 Amigos Tequila will all be on the menu! Announcement of the Festivals best chile pepper dish winners and crowning of the years Chile Pepper Champion will culminate the festivities. Admission is FREE! Food and beverages are available for purchase.

Roosevelt Row CDC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is committed to building a vibrant, dense, diverse, walkable and bikeable urban arts district in downtown Phoenix. Proceeds raised from the Chile Pepper Festival will be used to support the urban agriculture and education programs at Growhouse Community Garden. At the Growhouse, teens and community members work side-by-side in the Garden learning the importance of healthy living and how they can grow their own food, while playing an active role in building their community.

Roosevelt Row CDC & Roosevelt Growhouse Community Garden organizes the Chile Pepper Festival with the help of many volunteers, restaurants, market vendors and community partners. We hope you will join us in making this event the hottest yet!
