The London Bridge Renaissance Faire began in 2015-2016 & included a New Year's Eve Royal Ball. The original idea for the event grew out of a Project Management class at the local Arizona State University campus in Lake Havasu City. Lake Havasu has the London Bridge & its very own English Village. The only thing missing was an annual Renaissance Faire! After meeting with the Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce and the Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Project Management Group got the green light for moving forward with the event. So began this new tradition...

Now in its third year, the London Bridge Renaissance Faire is going strong. If youve never experienced a Renaissance Faire, it is a festival with stage & street performers in period costumes, bringing medieval history to life in a fun & dramatic way! New this year In the Arena at the London Bridge Renaissance Faire is the Havasu Armored Combat League U.S. Nationals. This exciting addition will feature free-style combat between fighters clad in medieval armor vying for a spot in the International Medieval Combat Federation competition. On the Stages & In the Village, we'll also have jugglers, musicians, magicians, & a myriad of roving village characters & minstrels. Renaissance Guilds will interact with faire-goers & populate the shire with their demonstrations & encampments. Youll also find a Marketplace with arts & crafts, where you can see artisan demonstrations & even participate; and delicious food & drink (including our Troll Under the Bridge Tavern); & Pirate's Cove, where the young & the young at heart can escape into a world of buccaneers, smugglers, and booty.

The 2018 event will take place Friday, March 9 (10am-6pm), Saturday, March 10 (10am-6pm), and Sunday, March 11 (10 am-4pm). Our new venue for the event is SARA Park (that's Special Activities and Recreation Area Park) Rodeo Grounds, an 1100-acre regional park with spectacular mountain views & access to Lake Havasu. The Faire grounds are located at 7200 Dub Campbell Pkwy, Lake Havasu City, AZ, 86406. The SARA Park Entrance is at 1799 S McCulloch Blvd.
