Description:

From 8th annual Waterfront Fine Art & Wine Festival Website:

Join Thunderbird Artists, award-winning producer of fine art and wine festivals in the Southwest, for the 7th Annual Waterfront Fine Art & Wine Festival, February 9th, 10th & 11th, 2018. Stroll the beautiful banks of Scottsdale Waterfront District with your valentine and enjoy juried fine art, wine tasting, rum sampling, live music, food and mixed media works of art by featured artist, Harut Hakobyan!

Harut Hakobyan was born and raised in Armenia and uses his paintings to express a universal language through color and motion. His art is a combination of emotions, observations and experiences that allows him to express himself. Each piece is created to convey a specific point of time in Harut's life and connects to the viewer on a spiritual level. As human beings, everyone is connected and share the ups and downs of life, so even though the viewer may be at a different point in their life, each painting is designed to invoke familiar emotions.

Harut Hakobyan will be surrounded by 125 of his art brethren from throughout the U.S. and abroad, displaying original artwork in a variety of mediums. Paintings, sculptures, jewelry, photography, pottery, baskets, wood, glass, stone; these are just a few examples of some of the mediums that will be on exhibition throughout the 3-day event. Patrons can leisurely stroll through fine art, while sipping on world-class wines and listening to live music. For $10, patrons will receive an engraved souvenir wine glass and six tasting tickets, providing a unique opportunity to sample an extensive collection of domestic and imported wines, as well as rum cocktails.
