Where is the Festival located?
M3F is located on the east side of Margaret T. Hance Park at 1200 N 1st Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

How much do tickets cost?
Please check the home page or ticketing site. Click on Tickets on the navigation menu.

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are now available.

What ticket types are available for purchase?
Single-day GA, 3-day GA, Single-day VIP, and 3-day VIP.

What is included in each ticket type?
Single-Day General Admission: This includes single day general admission and access to the Festival grounds at Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Ages 10 and under free.

3-Day General Admission: This includes general admission to the Festival grounds at Margaret T. Hance Park on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Ages 10 and under free.

Single-Day VIP: This includes admission to the Festival grounds and VIP area at Margaret T. Hance Park on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This also includes meals/snacks, five beers or mixed drinks, complimentary chair massages, access to the Poser Deck, private bathrooms, VIP exclusive entrance, valet parking (only with purchase of four VIP tickets in a single transaction) and many other amenities only found within the VIP experience. VIP section will give you a view of the main stage only.

3-Day VIP: This includes admission to the Festival grounds and VIP area at Margaret T. Hance Park during each day of the Festival (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Also included in the ticket price are meals/snack, five beers or mixed drinks (per day), complimentary chair massages, access to the Poser Deck, private bathrooms, VIP exclusive entrance, valet parking (only with purchase of four VIP tickets in a single transaction) and many other amenities only found with the VIP experience. VIP section will give you a view of the main stage only.

Sunday, March 4: Snacks 2-5pm, Dinner 5-8pm

Info on After Hours shows?
After Hours will be post-Festival sets at Desoto Central Market on Friday and Saturday night. Stay tuned for more details on how to purchase a ticket.

Will I be able to purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes, tickets may be purchased at the gate on the day of the show. However, availability is not guaranteed as tickets may sell out.

Do I need to bring a physical copy of the ticket to enter the Festival?
No, digital copies on electronic devices will be accepted.

Can I exchange/return my ticket?
No exchanges or returns allowed.

When do the gates open and close?
Friday: Gates open at 3:00pm / Gates close at 11:00pm
Saturday: Gates open at 2:00pm / Gates close at 11:00pm
Sunday: Gates open at 2:00pm / Gates close at 9:30pm

Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, you may exit and re-enter with a wristband on. However, it is under our discretion to prohibit entry if wristbands have been tampered with.

What if I lose my wristband? Can I still get into the Festival?
You will need to bring your ID to the ticketing box office where they can look up your order. Once verified, they will give you a new wristband. You will not be able to get a new wristband without ID.

Will children under a certain age be able to attend for free?
Children under the age of 10 can enter the Festival for free.

Is the Festival accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the park is ADA compliant.

Is there transportation to and from the Festival?
Lyft, Uber, taxis and the Light Rail are available.

Will there be bike racks?
Yes, bike racks are available outside of Festival grounds. Bikes will not be permitted within the grounds.

Are food and water available? Will there be gluten-free/vegetarian options?
There are water refill stations at the Festival where you can fill up your water bottles; you may also purchase bottled water at drink tents. There are food trucks that offer a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please visit our Experience page for a complete list of vendors.

What are the rules on credit cards and debit cards? Will there be ATMs at the Festival?
All vendors will accept cash. Most will accept debit and credit cards, however, they are independent operators. There will also be ATMs on-site.

Lost & Found?
Please visit the information booth that is located near the front entrance. Notice something missing after the Festival ends? Please email info@********.***. They will be sure to get back to you within 3-5 days after the last day of the Festival on where you can pick up your missing goods.

Safety & Security? Medical?
There will be police officers and security guards throughout the Festival. EMS tents will be stationed on site.

HOW TO GET THERE

Location
The Festival is located on the east side of Margaret T. Hance Park.
The main entrance is near the intersection of 2nd St and Portland St. 1st St will not be accessible due to construction.
The VIP entrance is just north of Phoenix Center for the Arts (1202 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004). The adjacent parking lot is for VIP parking.

Parking
Downtown Phoenix boasts more than 25,000 parking spaces, making it a very car-friendly city center. Besides public parking garages, there are numerous parking meter spots, which are enforced every day including weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. When parking, remember to keep an eye out for signs indicating time limitations or loading/unloading zonesyou don't want your downtown souvenir to be a ticket!

Transportation
Lyft There will be designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations.

Light Rail There are multiple light rail stations near the Festival. There are nine park-and-ride locations offering a total of 3,636 parking spaces. Valley Metro Rail park-and-rides are free. All park-and-rides are monitored by security cameras, security officers, and municipal police officers. Parking for more than 24 hours is not permitted at Valley Metro Rail park-and-ride lots; violators are subject to ticketing and/or towing.

The nearest light rail station from the Festival is on Roosevelt/3rd St.

Safety First
Please stay safe before, during and after the festival, including travel to and from Hance Park.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Things You Can Bring

Sealed or empty reusable water bottles there will be refill stations.
Umbrellas or low-backed chairs (designated areas only) make sure you're comfortable.
Picnic Blankets
Non-framed backpacks translation: no wheels.
Hula hoops the LED kind are best, in our opinion.
Selfie sticks if you must, but promise to put the phone down and enjoy the music.
Totems make 'em funny.
Crazy costumes encouraged!

Things We Don't Allow

Pets (except service animals)
Outside beverages/food/ice chests we've got you covered with Oskar Blues, food trucks, and more.
Open alcohol outside the Festival grounds this is illegal.

Weapons
Unlicensed vending if you wanted to be a vendor, all you had to do was ask.
Professional photo or video equipment without a press pass leave the recording to the professionals and enjoy the show.
