The event draws thousands of visitors from across the county and northern Mexico and is an integral part of the regions history and culture. The fair association is grateful that the Cochise County Board of Supervisor has co-hosted the fair in recent years. The fairgrounds also serve as a venue for private gatherings and parties, community functions, training events, concerts and carnivals, and agricultural and equine events. The Board Of Directors set policies for the organization and the Fair Management oversees the day to day activities. The Annual Cochise County Fair is produced by the Organization.

Expose your organization to thousands of visitors with a vendor space at the Cochise County Fair. Annual attendance is approximately 25,000.

Vendor space is dependent upon availability. Once contracts are presented, recipients must return a signed copy with half of the rental fee by July 15 in order to reserve a space. Inquiring vendors who are not offered a contract before July 15 will be on a waiting list. Prices start at $285 and vary depending upon square footage and other vendor needs.
